Summer Kids Theater Camps
Our stage for our performances!
Happening Summer 2026 — Limited Sessions Available
Long before I became a licensed naturopathic physician, my first professional love was theater and costuming. I spent years behind the scenes of many productions—mostly on the technical and creative side. Past projects include running after-school theater programs at a middle school in Denver and a high school in Los Angeles; producing shows at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado; costuming for theaters in Denver and Española, New Mexico; and working in production with Elevate Films in Los Angeles. Much of my résumé centers around youth performers and student artists, which remains my favorite population to create with.
While naturopathic medicine is deeply fulfilling, many of us thrive when we allow more variety, play, and creativity into our lives. Building a stage in my backyard was the first step in bringing the arts back into my daily world (pictured above)—and in creating a local, accessible space for kids to make magic together. I’m thrilled to finally open that space to young performers.
About the Camps
Each session follows the same structure, so students only need to attend one week. Space is limited to 10 students per session for a cozy, creative, high-support environment.
These camps are designed for children ages 5–10, but flexible for slightly younger or older students who are excited and motivated—just reach out if you’re unsure. Kids will need the maturity to practice and learn some lines outside our meeting time (don’t worry, I have lots of strategies to make this fun and doable).
Summer 2026 Camp Dates
June 29 – July 3, 2026
July 27 – July 31, 2026
August 10 – 14, 2026
Parents will need to pack a snack, apply/send sunscreen, and send water. During the week, each child will also make a trip with their grown-up to a local thrift store to choose clothing “templates” that we’ll transform into costumes. I’ll provide additional costume pieces, accessories, and props.
